Differences

Suppose on a sheet of paper kept in front of you the number 9 is written. Obviously the person who is sitting opposite to you facing in the direction opposite to that of yours will read it as 6. In this situation it is true that you are correct if you say 9 is written on the sheet; but if the person who is in front of you says that it is 6 then it also doesn't mean that he is wrong. According to his perception he is absolutely correct. This is obviously a simple case and it might be possible that many of us have read it in some or the other kind of meme. At that point of time we were smart enough to understand that though the difference has occurred between the two but none of them were wrong, but sadly we fail to implement it in our daily lives. Every single entity in this universe is distinct from the other by some or the other way. Of course, humans are no exception to this. The problem is not with the fact of having the differences, but it is with the way we react to it. M

Perfection: a myth

If you are planning a trip, you take some more money than required, while making any calculations you specify the possible errors and its range, you prepare some extra food during a family function in case if some extra is required. In all these cases we see that we don't bound ourselves to a specific value of entity while performing any important action. We specify the range in order to be in safer sides. What does this mean? We aren't perfect. Even in the most accurate calculations in science we have to specify the range of errors in which the observed value could deviate. If you observe nature, it has never been perfect, its beauty mostly lies in its imperfections. Under the circumstances where scientific calculations nor the nature is perfect, can a complex thing like human life could be perfect? Absolutely no. Many a times we get frustrated from the things which have gone against our plans like a cancelled party, a delayed journey, a failed plan, a flop time table, etc

The vision through water

There was a person who was striving for food. Hunger was just digesting his own stomach. The problem with him was that he was lost in the dense forests. So availability of edible foodstuffs was limited. Suddenly he came across a lake. This beautiful lake had crystal clear water, shallow depth and ample amount of fishes. It was a great opportunity for the person to counter his hunger. Desperate for hunger, he quickly ran into the water and haphazardly made several attempts to catch the fishes. Unfortunately he was unsuccessful in his each and every attempt. The reasons for his failure attempts were the disturbed equilibrium of water due to which the vision was hindered with ripples and mud and the identification of danger by the fishes well before they were caught as a prey. If the man was wise enough, he would have avoided this haphazard behavior and could have succeeded. Many a times, our life undergoes a similar scenario. The problems are just like the hunger of the man, the soluti

Introduction

Art of Living Hello guys. Welcome to 'Art of Living'. First of all, let me introduce what do I actually mean by Art of living. As I'm fond of painting, I am expressing my views in the terms of painting.   'Imagine that your life is a canvas and you have got an opportunity to paint as beautiful as you can. At the same time you have got a time limit to paint this  canvas. What will you do. As before having got started doing anything, you are actually introduced to to what you have to do, what all things you can do and what all skills you must possess to do the work, the life also gives its introductory phase as a childhood which teaches us in an interesting manner that how must we paint our canvas; but it only teaches us, it doesn't  shows us what must we live or what must we paint. Its our question to what all colours we must add in our canvas in order to make it look beautiful. ' Life is an opportunity to mark one's existence in this universe. On
